NeighborLink Home Services helps San Diego homeowners with small home projects and minor repairs.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, requested service, project description, and your consent choices. HighLevel also records submission details such as time, IP address, and browser time zone. Our hosting and communications providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website and communications.
How we use and share information
We use inquiry information to review your project, respond, coordinate assistance, maintain records, and protect the service from abuse. NeighborLink uses your contact details and project information to respond by phone or email about your project. We do not sell your inquiry to other handyman businesses. Requesting an estimate does not authorize unrelated marketing or enroll you in SMS.
HighLevel processes forms, contact records, and communications. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver email. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
Text messages and consent
SMS permission is separate, optional, and specific to NeighborLink Home Services. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service companies may process information only to support our operations, such as customer service and message delivery. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with other businesses for their messaging. A future change in provider does not transfer your SMS permission.
Providing a phone number, submitting a request, or calling us does not by itself enroll you in text messages. We do not send promotional texts. Texting will remain inactive until the messaging program is approved and enabled. See our SMS terms for the intended customer-care program.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not install advertising or analytics tags. The embedded HighLevel form and hosting services may use storage, cookies, and technical logs to operate the form, maintain security, and record submissions. Phone-link clicks generate an event in your browser; no analytics reporting destination is currently connected.
Retention and security
We keep information as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain consent and communication records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use service-provider access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the estimate form.
Your choices and requests

We may need to verify your request and retain information where required or permitted by law. You can decline optional SMS consent and still request an estimate. If texting is enabled, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Children, changes, and contact
